
Lowell started acting when she was a part of Dangerously Close. She then was a part-time actress as Club Paradise's Assistant Attorney Jamie Ross. [4] She went on to other roles, including co-starring with Bond girl Pam Bouvier in the James Bond movie Licence to Kill (1989) as well, beginning in 1996 as the assistant district attorney Jamie Ross for two seasons in the drama television series Law & Order, a role she reprised in 2005 to play a guest character in the spinoff series, Law & Order: Trial by Jury, and again on the original series in 2022, when it was relaunched to a 21st season. [6] She had been unhappy with her acting career, so she sought out New York University to study documentary filmmaking. [4] In the late 2000s she had a break from acting. Lowell lent Lowell her voice and appearance in 2012 while reprising her Licence to Kill part in the video game 007 Legends. 2018 saw her returning to TV, where she was a guest on Blue Bloods.
